EpicFlora is an online flower shop that collects personal data to provide a specific product or service requested by the customer. Certain information may be required to provide this product or service, such as the full name of the customer and recipient, authorized users,

The information collected may also be used to inform the customer of additional products and services, which may be of interest to them. All marketing material sent to the customer will include an option for the customer to request removal from mailing or contact lists for any future marketing.

EpicFlora will not disclose any personal information such as your name, address, email, or telephone number to any person outside of the company unless the customer has authorized us to do so, we are required by law to disclose such information, or if it assists the EpicFlora to deliver our products and services. We have carefully considered the outside organizations we have partnered with and know that they too respect our customer's privacy. Some examples of the types of organizations include:

• Financial services providers, such as banks or third-party suppliers for securing payment of the products or services we provided to you, such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and our online payment gateway providers STRIPE and WIX.

• Our technology service providers, such as internet service providers, database management services, digital mail providers who send communications on our behalf, and service providers for the prevention of fraud and protection of data. This includes our Website administrators, WIX.

• Courier companies organize the delivery of the products you have purchased.

Note that these organizations may change from time to time. 

Furthermore, under no circumstances EpicFlora, sell or receive payments or services for disclosing customers' personal information to any partner or external company.
